Within the frame of LINK 4 Cooperation project, the first in a series of workshops with local governments on the implementation of the ELoGE program of the Council of Europe was held on March 7, 2022 with a team delegated on behalf of the City of Mostar.
In the next two months, the City of Mostar will conduct a self-assessment, which will take into account the views of citizens, city administration and city councilors, relying on 12 principles of good democratic governance covered by the ELoGE program. City of Mostar will be assisted through this process with the support of the Local Democracy Agency Mostar, as the accredited holder of the ELoGE platform for BiH.
A total of 12 local governments from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina are included in the activities of the LINK 4 Cooperation project, with the aim of improving their capacity, transparency and accountability.
