As a part of activities of the three-year project “LINK 4 Cooperation”, financed by the European Union, Local Democracy Agency (LDA) Mostar organizes a Leadership Academy Program (LAP) of the Council of Europe training cycle. The training is intended for representatives of civil society organizations registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which operate on the territory of the 12 cities/municipalities as well as the areas gravitating to these cities/municipalities: Berkovići, Jablanica, Kostajnica, Maglaj, Mostar, Nevesinje, Novi Grad, Prijedor, Ravno, Trebinje, Zavidovići and Žepče.
All those interested can apply for participation in the training until September 15, 2022. until midnight via an online survey. Taking into account that the number of training participants is limited, priority will be given to candidates who apply before the available places are filled.
The Leadership Academy Program (LAP) is a training program primarily intended for public authorities at various levels for strategies and capacity building taught in 2 cycles. The purpose of the program is to teach participants better leadership, management and planning skills. The main goal of LAP is to acquire knowledge and tools that will enable participants to better manage responsibility and changes within the institutions they come from. In order to support the process of democratization, through the strengthening of good governance and capacity building of local authorities and civil society, the Local Democracy Agency Mostar , through a training cycle, includes representatives of civil society in the mentioned Program.
Candidates who are selected for the training will be informed in a timely manner on the date and place of the training.
The organizer bears the costs of transportation, accommodation and food for the participants, as well as the costs of all work materials.
