The Leadership Academy Programme (LAP) is a training programme intended for public authorities on various levels of government for strategies and capacity-building taught over 2-3 stages. The purpose of this is to teach participants better leadership, management, and planning skills. Participants from BiH include various local authorities and civil servants from across the 12 municipalities.
The ultimate goal of the program is to “teach” participants the knowledge and tools needed to provide good governance through highly qualified local government bodies and organizations
